These terms cover your use of coastalcutie.net and coastalcutie.store and any custom order you place with Coastal Cutie Designs. The website is operated by Akiva Solutions on behalf of Coastal Cutie Designs. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Custom orders

• An order is confirmed only when we’ve agreed on the design, price and timeline in writing (email or message) and payment has been received.
• Every piece is hand-made. Glitter placement, color and finish vary from piece to piece and from photos on this site. Those variations are part of hand-made work, not defects.
• Please check spelling, names and dates carefully when you approve your design. We make exactly what was approved.
• Timelines are estimates. If we’re going to miss the date we gave you, we’ll tell you before it passes and give you the choice of a new date or a full refund.

Your content

If you send us names, sayings, photos or artwork to use, you confirm you have the right to use them. We don’t make products using sports-team, brand or licensed-character names, logos or artwork, and we may decline any request we believe infringes someone else’s rights or is offensive.

Our content

The photos, designs and text on this site belong to Coastal Cutie Designs. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

Product use

Follow the care instructions: hand wash only, and don’t freeze or microwave. Products aren’t intended for children under 12. See our disclaimer.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.
