Made to order

Every custom piece is made after you order it. Glitter, lettering and sealing are done by hand in layers, with curing time in between, so custom orders aren’t overnight. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before you pay, based on your design and how many orders are ahead of yours.

Shipping

• We ship to addresses in the United States.
• You’ll receive tracking when your order ships.
• Holidays and gift dates: tell us your date up front. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Returns

Because each piece is personalized, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for small variations that are part of hand-made work.

If something’s wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or we made a mistake on your approved design, email hello@coastalcutie.net within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a repair, a remake or a refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until we start making your piece. Once work has started, materials are already used, so we may not be able to refund the full amount.
