This policy explains what information Coastal Cutie Designs collects through coastalcutie.net and coastalcutie.store, and what we do with it. The website is operated by Akiva Solutions on behalf of Coastal Cutie Designs.
What we collect
- What you email us. The order form doesn’t send anything to a server. It opens your own email app with your details filled in. If you press send, we receive your name, email address and whatever you wrote about your order.
- Basic server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
What we don’t do
- We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track you across other sites.
- We don’t sell or rent your information.
- The site remembers your light or dark mode choice in your own browser’s storage. It never leaves your device.
How we use your information
We use what you send us only to answer your questions, make and ship your order, and, if you ask, tell you when the online shop opens. We keep order emails as long as we need them for the order, our records and any warranty or tax requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us by emailing hello@coastalcutie.net. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, you have these rights under that law too, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, for example when the online shop opens, we’ll update this page and the date above.
